Well time really passed by. Did not realise that its been just over a year since I first stripped the Marusho. During these time I quite forgot to update on the bike. Well I manage to get a piston rings from a shop which was clearing out. The shop owner was kind enough to search for the rings a required and he found it in a box where loose rings were kept. It did not come with any packing or what but it did fit.
Had the rings fitted and by December I had the bike running.

Building a Marusho Lilac
I am currently rebuilding a Marusho Lilac 250 cc V-twin. This bike has been idle for over 10years and the piston has seized as I cannot turn the engine over. I've then proceeded to remove the both heads. The pistons arenow currently soaked with WD and I hope by next week it would have loosen up.
